In a dazzling fusion of international craftsmanship, Pacific Cigar Co. Ltd. has teamed up with French woodworking experts and Cuban cigar artisans to unveil a remarkable collection. This collaboration, a blend of the finest French, Cuban, and Swiss skills, results in a luxurious set that is more than a mere smoking accessory—a celebration of artistry and tradition.
Pacific Cigar Co., the esteemed Habanos distributor for the Asia-Pacific region, marks its 30th anniversary with this exquisite release. They have crafted a line of high-end humidors in partnership with the renowned French company Elie Bleu. Each humidor is filled with 31 Regional Edition Cuban cigars, including a cutter and lighter from Siglo Accessory, and is complemented by an exquisite timepiece from Cuervo y Sobrinos.

The Diplomaticos PCC 30th, a Regional Edition cigar measuring 5 1/2 inches by 56 ring gauge, was earlier released by Pacific Cigar as part of the anniversary celebrations. For those who missed the chance to acquire these, the new humidors offer a unique opportunity, coming with 31 sought-after cigars. “Thirty years, plus one to smoke,” Pacific Cigar humorously notes, with the extra cigar elegantly placed in the top tray alongside the watch and other accessories.
Crafted in France by Elie Bleu, these humidors are available in four distinct colors, each with coordinating accessories. In a testament to their exclusivity, only 30 units of each color are produced, totaling 120 humidors. Each humidor is adorned with Diplomaticos and Pacific Cigar Co. logos and a symbolic tiger, celebrating the Year of the Tiger in the Chinese zodiac, coinciding with Pacific Cigar Co.’s 30th anniversary in 2022.
The collection also caters to watch enthusiasts, featuring the Cuban-inspired Cuervo y Sobrinos brand, which dates back to Havana in 1882. Now based in Switzerland, the brand continues to honor its Cuban heritage. The set includes the Historiador Asturias model, co-branded with the Pacific Cigar Co. logo, further enhancing the collection’s appeal.
Priced at HK$230,000 (approximately $29,432), these anniversary humidor sets represent a blend of luxury and tradition. Pacific Cigar has made a few sets available for immediate purchase, with the rest open for pre-order.
This collaboration isn’t the first of its kind for Elie Bleu. Previously, Phoenicia Trading A.A.—one of the world’s largest Habanos distributors—introduced an Elie Bleu humidor collection featuring 40 of its Regional Edition Ramon Allones Phoenicio 40 cigars in 2021 to celebrate an anniversary. Similarly, Altadis U.S.A. launched a Montecristo humidor set in 2022, including cigars and a watch, showcasing the enduring appeal of such luxury collaborations.
