Laudisi Enterprises, the powerhouse behind Smokingpipes.com, Kapp & Peterson, Laudisi Distribution Group, and Cornell & Diehl, has seamlessly integrated Caldwell Cigar Co. into its distinguished portfolio. The transition began with Laudisi Distribution Group taking over the fulfillment and distribution of Caldwell and Lost & Found cigar orders to retailers, effective from March 8, following the acquisition agreement signed on February 9.

In a move that reinforces the collaborative spirit of this acquisition, co-founders Robert Caldwell and Juan Jaramillo will continue to play pivotal roles at Caldwell Cigar Co., not only as shareholders but also as integral members of the senior management team. Caldwell is set to take on the role of Vice President, focusing his expertise on branding, marketing, and product development to elevate the Caldwell brand further. Meanwhile, Jaramillo steps into the Director of Cigar Operations role.
