The search for the best in cigars is underway. Nominations are now open for The Cigar Guys Awards, celebrating standout cigars, brands, retailers and people across the premium cigar industry.
Cigar consumers can submit nominations through November 30, 2026. Whether there’s a cigar you keep recommending, a brand that deserves more recognition or an industry professional who makes a difference, this is your chance to put their name forward.

What Can You Nominate?
The nomination form includes 15 categories spanning cigars, brands, retail and industry contributions:

- New Release of the Year
- Limited Edition of the Year
- Best Value Cigar
- Brand of the Year
- Breakthrough Brand of the Year
- Blender of the Year
- Industry Person of the Year
- Brand Representative of the Year
- Cigar Retailer of the Year
- Online Retailer of the Year
- Cigar Educator of the Year
- People’s Choice Cigar
- Community Impact Award
- Lifetime Achievement Award
You can nominate your favorites in the categories that matter to you. Nominations will be reviewed for eligibility, and submitting a name does not guarantee finalist selection.
What Happens After Nominations Close?
The nomination phase ends on November 30, 2026. After nominations are reviewed, the top four eligible nominees in each category will become the finalists.
Finalist voting will take place throughout December 2026, giving cigar consumers the opportunity to cast their votes and help determine the award winners.
When Is the Awards Ceremony?
The official Cigar Guys Awards ceremony is planned for mid-January 2027, when the winners will be announced.
